Introduction and statutes changes
The ESTIEM Alumni Board hereby officially announces the agenda of XXX Alumni Council
Meeting in Eindhoven, Netherlands; which will take place from the 26th of May 2023 to the 29th of May 2023.
During the ESTIEM Alumni Council Meeting we will, among others, look back at recent developments in the Alumni network, in the World that we live in, vote for a new Alumni Board and auditors among all other important things. An official agenda is enclosed in this letter, whereas more details concerning timing will be communicated to you closer to the event.
For this ESTIEM Alumni Council Meeting there will be a record-breaking number of participants. If you could not get a chance to be in this group and attend the event yourself, you can transfer your vote to another ordinary member by proxy. The proxy must be communicated in writing to the ESTIEM Alumni Board until the 19th of May 2023. Please keep in mind that only ordinary members have voting rights and a member can only hold three proxies. For any comments or questions regarding the event itself, participation or agenda, feel free to reach out to us through the e-mail address in the letterhead.
